Pool

  • The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day Mon-Fri Noon until 8:00 pm / Sat-Sun 1pm-8pm 2014 Pool Party 066 (FILEminimizer)
  • All unit owners and their families must have a photo ID provided free of charge from the association office. ID’s need not be replaced annually unless you’ve lost yours. The cost of replacing photo Id is $5.00. each.
  • All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The pool area is monitored by security cameras. Violations of pool rules may result in fines, access to pool prohibited or even legal actions.
  • No glass containers are permitted in pool area.
  • NO DIVING NO RUNNING
  • No cut off or colored t-shirts are permitted in the pool.
  • No Pets are permitted in the pool area.

  • The playground is for children 12 years of age and under.
  • The equipment was not designed for teen or adults.
  • Please supervise your children while in the playground area, accidents do happen.
  • Do not allow your pet to use the area as a toilet.
  • Remove your children’s toys when leaving the area. All items left will be disposed of.
  • No glass in this area.
  • If swimming, please have your child rinse off before entering the pool area.

Tennis Court2014 tennis court done 001 (FILEminimizer)

  • All players must be registered at the association office to obtain a key to access the courts. Court time is not reserved.
  • Court opens in late March and closes in November. Watch your newsletters for more information.
  • Absolutely no basketballs or bicycles on court.
